Directions

From Rt. 89:  Take either exit 9 or 10 South towards Waitsfield/Warren. Proceed on Rt. 100 South through Waitsfield Village past Bridge Street. The office is on your right at the top of a small hill after a brook and before Valley Pizzeria and the pond. Park in the lot to the left of the building and enter at the left front main entrance.

From the south on Rt. 100 or the west on Rt. 17:   Proceed through the intersection of Rt. 100 and Rt. 17 and through Irasville Village. Pass the pond on your left and pull into the parking lot beside Valley Pizzeria. Back to Action Physical Therapy is the next building. Enter at the left front main entrance.
